Goodwood Motor Circuit
Wednesday 5 September to Sunday 9 September 2018
The Goodwood Circuit was built in the 1940s as an airport for the Second World War. From 1948 on, for the first time racing was performed. Many famous names have driven on the track. In 1966 the owners built chicanes, as from that moment on they were no longer allowed to race.
The circuit was revived in 1998. The 3.8-kilometre-long circuit on the south coast of England is now used for races, tests and the now famous events Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival. This last event is part of the Goodwood Rally.
